All items on the Delos Canada Shop are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 

However, if your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please refer to your product’s warranty and contact our Customer Service within seven (7) days of delivery. You may initiate a support request via our online form or email us at support@delos.com to reach our team of Customer Service Specialists.
